You can arrive at any time to purchase a day pass. You can purchase one at the lodge/ski shop or here online. Please show the receipt on your phone or print off online purchases and exchange for a day pass at Willowbrook Lodge, our ski shop at the time of your arrival. You can even purchase a day pass for your dog, but please review rules below.

We have lots of rentals & do not take reservations on xc skis or snowshoes. Please call to reserve a fat tire bike or pulk sled. Also we have lots of lesson availability. Please call to sign up!

All trail use (xc skiing, snowshoeing, and fat tire biking—NO walking or microspikes allowed on the trails) requires a trail pass. You can purchase trail passes inside Willow Brook Lodge at Carter’s XC Ski Center. Or here online and show receipt at lodge to get your day ticket.

Doggie Day Pass Rules:

We reserve the right to refuse a day pass to a dog, if necessary.
We are dog-friendly, but require a Doggie Day pass for $15.
We do provide baggies for clean up. Please pick up after your dog in all areas and DO NOT leave plastic bags on our ski trails. We have several trash cans and a dumpster in the parking lot.
We ask that your dog be well-trained and on voice command OR leashed at all times and that you always carry a leash if your dog is on voice command.
We ask that your dog does not enter the Main lodge/ski shop. Please leave your dog in your car or outside with a friend while paying or going inside.
All dogs should be leashed in parking lots and in common areas near the fire pit and food truck.
If you are not in control of your dog ON A LEASH, you should not choose xc skiing or fat tire biking as an activity with your dog.
We are not responsible for scuffles between your dog and other dogs. Please be respectful of other dog owners and other customers who may be scared of dogs at our ski center. Please resolve issues that may arise by talking with the people involved, putting your dog on a leash or in your vehicle immediately, and always be kind. Dogs are dogs and sometimes they can be unpredictable.
